On the night before Easter, the questions began...
Mommy, what door does the Easter Bunny come in?
Daddy, what door does he go out?
Will the Easter Bunny come in my room?
How long will he be here?
and more, and more, and more...
Trent does not like the thought of ANYONE coming into his house while he is asleep - not Santa Claus, not the Easter Bunny, NOBODY! After we convinced him that the Easter Bunny was magic and would only be in the house for a few seconds, he finally went to bed.
We got up early Easter morning because we went to church with Fred and Keeley.
The EB left the boys quite a stash. Jack got a cool toy and a BIG green ball. Trent got a Spongebob Puzzle and a Wall-E Leapster game. They were both very excited!
Jack liked checking out his Easter basket.
Jack loved the ball. He walked around shouting, "Ball, ball, ball!" all day!
We got dressed and ready for church with a few minutes to spare, so we wanted to try and get some good pictures. Well, Jack was NOT cooperating.
Look at that pitiful face!
Here is a picture of me with my sweet boys.
Look at all of my handsome boys! They make a Mommy/Wifey proud!
We enjoyed church with the Shaidnagles and headed home. We got to the house at about 11:15 and started lunch. We had a yummy late lunch of ham, homemade macaroni 'n cheese, potato salad, deviled eggs, and green beans with bacon.
Oh, I almost forgot. Fred and Keeley came over the night before and we dyed eggs with the kids. I used those eggs in the potato salad, so it was quite colorful. Too bad I didn't get any pictures! ;)
