Jack's 18 Month Check Up

Matt and I took Jack for his check up today. He weighed 31 pounds which is in the 95th percentile. He is 32.5 inches tall which is in the 50-75th percentile. Now they do a simple questionaire to test for autism. Jack got 23 out of 23 which means he shows no signs of autism. He is high developmentally in everything except language/communication. That did not surprise us at all since all he says in Momma, Dada, and ball. Dr. Ellis said that there should be a large increase in his language between now and his 2 year appointment. Dr. Ellis also changed him from Singulair to Allegra to see if that helps with his tantrums. We noticed a difference when we took him off the Singulair for a week or so. We are keeping our fingers crossed to see if this helps.
